第一条 隐私政策引言

1.1 我们深知个人信息对用户的重要性，始终坚持"合法、正当、必要、诚信"的原则，严格遵守《中华人民共和国民法典》《中华人民共和国网络安全法》《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》等相关法律法规规定，致力于保护用户的个人信息安全与隐私权益，规范个人信息的收集、使用、存储、共享、转让、删除等行为。

1.2 本隐私政策是本协议不可分割的组成部分，与本协议具有同等法律效力，旨在向用户明确告知我们收集、使用、存储、共享、转让、删除用户个人信息的范围、方式、目的、期限等相关事宜，以及用户享有的个人信息相关权利和保护措施。

1.3 请您在下载、安装、注册、登录及使用本APP服务前，仔细阅读并充分理解本隐私政策全部条款，特别是涉及个人敏感信息收集、使用、共享等条款。您一旦使用本APP服务，即视为您已充分阅读、理解并同意本隐私政策全部条款，自愿接受我们按照本隐私政策处理您的个人信息；若您不同意本隐私政策任何条款，请勿使用本APP服务。

1.4 我们将根据相关法律法规的更新、本APP服务的调整等情况，对本隐私政策进行修订，修订后的隐私政策将通过本APP弹窗、公告、站内信等合理方式通知用户，用户继续使用本APP服务即视为接受修订后的隐私政策；若用户不接受修订后的隐私政策，可申请注销账号，终止使用服务。

第二条 我们收集的个人信息

2.1 收集原则：我们仅会基于本APP服务的正常提供、功能优化、安全保障等合法目的，收集用户必要的个人信息，不会超出目的范围收集用户个人信息，不会收集与本APP服务无关的个人信息；若确需收集超出必要范围的个人信息，我们将另行获得用户的明示同意。

2.2 收集的个人信息类型及目的：

（1）注册登录相关信息：用户注册、登录本APP账号时，我们将收集用户的手机号码、验证码，用于完成账号注册、登录验证，确认用户身份，保障账号安全，为用户提供基础服务。该等信息为使用本APP服务的必要信息，若用户不提供，将无法完成注册登录，无法使用本APP服务。

（2）账号完善相关信息：用户自愿完善账号信息时（如填写姓名、性别、头像、昵称、邮箱等），我们将收集该等信息，用于优化用户体验，提供个性化服务，核实用户身份（如涉及相关业务办理时）。该等信息为非必要信息，用户可选择不提供，不影响本APP基础服务的使用。

（3）服务使用相关信息：用户使用本APP各项服务时，我们将收集与服务使用相关的信息，具体如下：

① 使用记录：包括用户登录时间、登录IP地址、使用的功能模块、操作行为、浏览记录、搜索记录、服务使用时长等，用于优化服务质量、排查服务故障、分析用户需求、开发新功能；

② 设备信息：包括用户使用的终端设备型号、操作系统版本、设备唯一标识符（如IMEI、IDFA等）、设备MAC地址、网络类型、网络状态等，用于保障服务的兼容性、稳定性，排查设备相关故障，防范账号被盗用等安全风险；

③ 业务相关信息：若用户使用本APP的数据提交、信息查询等功能，我们将收集与该业务相关的信息（如业务办理所需的相关材料、数据等），用于完成业务办理、提供相关服务，该等信息的收集将基于业务办理的必要性，用户不提供的，将无法使用该相关业务功能，但不影响基础服务的使用。

（4）个人敏感信息：本隐私政策中所称个人敏感信息，是指一旦泄露、非法提供或滥用可能危害人身和财产安全，极易导致个人名誉、身心健康受到损害或歧视性待遇等的个人信息，包括但不限于手机号码、身份证号码、银行卡信息（如有）等。我们将对个人敏感信息采取额外的安全保护措施，严格控制收集、使用、共享范围。

2.3 收集方式：

（1）用户主动提供：用户在注册、登录、完善账号信息、使用相关服务时，主动填写、提交的个人信息；

（2）自动收集：用户使用本APP服务时，我们通过APP客户端自动收集的服务使用记录、设备信息等（该等收集行为将在用户使用服务时自动发生，无需用户另行操作）；

（3）第三方获取：若经用户明示同意，我们可能从合法合规的第三方获取用户的相关个人信息（如第三方登录时获取的用户昵称、头像等），我们将对该等信息进行核实、整理，仅用于本隐私政策约定的目的，若第三方提供的信息不符合相关规定，我们将拒绝使用。

2.4 不收集的信息：我们不会收集用户的通讯录、短信、通话记录、相册（除非用户自愿授权且用于特定服务功能）、地理位置（除非用户自愿授权且用于特定服务功能）等与本APP服务无关的个人信息，不会强制、频繁、过度索取用户权限。

第三条 个人信息的使用

3.1 使用原则：我们将严格按照本隐私政策约定及相关法律法规规定，使用用户的个人信息，仅用于本隐私政策明确告知的目的，不会超出目的范围使用用户个人信息；若确需超出约定范围使用，我们将另行获得用户的明示同意。

3.2 使用范围：

（1）为用户提供本APP服务，包括但不限于账号登录、服务展示、业务办理、信息查询等；

（2）保障服务安全，防范账号被盗用、欺诈、黑客攻击等安全风险，排查服务故障，维护服务秩序；

（3）优化服务质量，分析用户使用习惯、需求偏好，对本APP的功能、界面、操作流程等进行升级、优化，为用户提供更贴合需求的服务；

（4）向用户推送本APP的服务更新、功能通知、活动信息等（用户可通过本APP设置关闭相关推送）；

（5）处理用户的咨询、投诉、建议，核实用户身份，解决用户使用服务过程中遇到的问题；

（6）用于本协议及本隐私政策约定的其他合法用途，以及相关法律法规规定的其他用途。

3.3 禁止行为：我们不会将用户的个人信息用于任何非法目的，不会出售、出租、出借用户的个人信息，不会将用户的个人信息用于与本APP服务无关的其他用途（另有约定或法律规定的除外）。

第四条 个人信息的存储

4.1 存储地点：我们将用户的个人信息存储在中华人民共和国境内的服务器上，不会将用户的个人信息存储在境外，若确需向境外传输个人信息，我们将严格按照相关法律法规规定，获得用户的明示同意，并采取相应的安全保护措施，确保个人信息安全。

4.2 存储期限：我们将按照"最小必要、最短期限"的原则，存储用户的个人信息，仅存储为提供本APP服务所必需的期限；若服务终止、用户注销账号，或个人信息已无存储必要，我们将依法对用户的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理（匿名化处理后的信息不再属于个人信息，可用于其他合法用途）。

4.3 存储安全：我们将采取合理、有效的安全保护措施，保障用户个人信息的安全，防止个人信息泄露、丢失、篡改、滥用，具体措施包括但不限于：

（1）技术保护：采用加密技术（如SSL加密、AES加密等）对个人信息进行加密存储和传输，搭建完善的技术防护体系，防范黑客攻击、病毒感染等安全风险；

（2）管理保护：建立严格的内部管理制度，明确个人信息处理的权限，对接触个人信息的员工进行严格的审核、培训和管理，签订保密协议，严禁员工非法收集、使用、泄露个人信息；

（3）应急处置：建立个人信息安全应急处置机制，若发生个人信息泄露、丢失等安全事件，我们将及时启动应急处置流程，采取补救措施，并按照相关法律法规规定，及时通知用户及监管部门。

4.4 注意事项：尽管我们采取了上述安全保护措施，但由于网络安全的复杂性、不确定性，以及技术的不断发展，我们无法完全保证用户个人信息的绝对安全，若因不可抗力、黑客攻击、第三方侵权等非我们主观过错导致的个人信息泄露、丢失等损失，我们不承担责任（另有明确法律规定的除外）。

第五条 个人信息的共享、转让与公开披露

5.1 共享：我们不会向任何第三方共享用户的个人信息，除非符合下列情形之一：

（1）获得用户的明示同意：经用户书面或口头同意（包括通过本APP弹窗、设置等方式作出的同意），我们可向第三方共享用户的个人信息，共享范围仅限于用户同意的内容；

（2）为提供本APP服务所必需：若第三方为我们提供服务支持（如服务器托管、技术开发、支付服务、客服服务等），且该第三方需要获取用户的相关个人信息才能提供服务，我们将向该第三方共享必要的个人信息，并与第三方签订保密协议，明确第三方的个人信息保护义务，要求第三方仅用于提供服务的目的，不得擅自使用、泄露个人信息；

（3）依法合规共享：根据相关法律法规规定、司法机关或行政机关的要求（如法院传票、检察院通知、监管部门指令等），我们可依法向相关部门共享用户的个人信息；

（4）保护合法权益：为保护我们、用户或第三方的合法权益，防范安全风险，在紧急情况下（如账号被盗用、涉嫌欺诈、危害国家安全等），我们可依法共享用户的个人信息。

我们将建立已收集个人信息清单和与第三方共享个人信息清单，清晰列出已收集的个人信息及与第三方共享的个人信息种类、使用目的、使用场景等，供用户查询。

5.2 转让：我们不会将用户的个人信息转让给任何第三方，除非符合下列情形之一，并依法采取相应的安全保护措施：

（1）获得用户的明示同意；

（2）因公司合并、分立、收购、重组等经营调整，需要将个人信息转让给新的运营主体，我们将提前通知用户，明确新的运营主体的个人信息保护义务，确保个人信息安全；

（3）相关法律法规规定的其他情形。

5.3 公开披露：我们不会公开披露用户的个人信息，除非符合下列情形之一：

（1）获得用户的明示同意；

（2）根据相关法律法规规定、司法机关或行政机关的要求，依法公开披露；

（3）对用户个人信息进行匿名化处理后，公开披露匿名化信息（该等信息不再属于个人信息，可用于统计、分析、推广等合法用途）。

第六条 用户的个人信息权利

根据相关法律法规规定及本隐私政策约定，用户享有以下个人信息相关权利，我们将为用户行使权利提供便利：

6.1 查询权：用户有权查询自身账号下的个人信息（包括但不限于注册信息、使用记录、业务相关信息等），可联系APP运营人员进行查询，我们将在合理期限内展示相关信息。

6.2 更正权：用户发现自身账号下的个人信息存在错误、不完整时，有权要求我们更正，可联系APP运营人员进行更正，我们将在核实用户身份后，及时进行更正（另有规定的除外）。

6.3 删除权：用户有权要求我们删除自身的个人信息，符合下列情形之一的，我们将在核实用户身份后，及时删除相关个人信息：

（1）用户申请注销账号的；

（2）个人信息的收集、使用超出本隐私政策约定的目的，且无合法理由的；

（3）我们停止提供本APP服务，且无新的运营主体承接个人信息处理义务的；

（4）用户明确要求删除，且符合相关法律法规规定的；

（5）其他依法应当删除个人信息的情形。

请注意，若删除个人信息会影响服务的正常提供，或违反相关法律法规规定，我们可能无法完全删除，但会对该等信息进行匿名化处理。

6.4 撤回同意权：用户有权撤回对个人信息收集、使用、共享等的同意，可通过本APP设置功能撤回相关授权（如关闭权限、取消共享等），或联系我们的运营人员撤回同意。撤回同意后，我们将不再继续收集、使用、共享该等个人信息，但不影响撤回同意前我们已依法处理的个人信息的效力，也不影响基于其他合法理由（如法律法规规定、服务必要性）收集、使用个人信息的行为。

6.5 账号注销权：用户有权申请注销账号，注销账号后，我们将按照本隐私政策约定，删除或匿名化处理用户的个人信息，具体注销流程可联系平台运维人员办理，我们将在核实用户身份后，及时处理注销申请（另有规定的除外）。

6.6 投诉举报权：用户若发现我们存在违法收集、使用、泄露用户个人信息的行为，或对个人信息处理有异议，有权向我们投诉举报，也可向相关监管部门（如网信部门、市场监管部门等）投诉举报。

6.7 行使权利的方式：用户可通过本APP相关功能自行行使上述权利，也可通过本协议第一条约定的联系方式联系我们，申请行使相关权利。我们将在收到用户申请后，在合理期限内（不超过15个工作日）核实用户身份并处理，复杂事项可适当延长处理期限（延长不超过15个工作日），并及时将处理结果通知用户。

第七条 隐私政策的更新与通知

7.1 我们将根据相关法律法规的更新、本APP服务的调整、个人信息保护需求的变化等情况，对本隐私政策进行修订，修订后的隐私政策将更有利于保护用户的个人信息权益。

7.2 修订后的隐私政策将通过本APP弹窗、公告、站内信等合理方式通知用户，用户继续使用本APP服务即视为接受修订后的隐私政策；若用户不接受修订后的隐私政策，可申请注销账号，终止使用服务。

7.3 本隐私政策的生效日期：2026年1月27日，上次更新日期：2026年1月27日。

8.1 若用户对本隐私政策有疑问、异议，或需要行使个人信息相关权利，或投诉举报个人信息处理相关问题，可通过以下方式联系我们：

8.2 我们将建立专门的投诉举报处理机制，在收到用户的疑问、异议、投诉举报后，将在合理期限内核实处理，并及时将处理结果通知用户，确保用户的合法权益得到保障。

Article 1 Introduction to the Privacy Policy

1.1 We fully understand the importance of personal information to users. We always adhere to the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity and good faith, strictly comply with the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, and are committed to protecting the security of users' personal information and privacy rights, and regulating the collection, use, storage, sharing, transfer and deletion of personal information.

1.2 This privacy policy is an integral part of this agreement and has the same legal effect as this agreement. It is intended to clearly inform users of the scope, method, purpose, duration and other relevant matters of our collection, use, storage, sharing, transfer and deletion of users' personal information, as well as the rights and protection measures users enjoy regarding personal information.

1.3 Please carefully read and fully understand all the terms of this privacy policy, especially the terms involving the collection, use and sharing of personal sensitive information, before downloading, installing, registering, logging in and using the services of this APP. Once you use the services of this APP, you shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and agreed to all the terms of this privacy policy, and voluntarily accept that we process your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. The user's continued use of the services of this APP shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised privacy policy. Article 2 Personal Information We Collect

2.1 Collection Principles: We will only collect necessary personal information of users for legitimate purposes such as the normal provision of services of this APP, function optimization and security guarantee. We will not collect personal information beyond the scope of purposes or irrelevant to the services of this APP. If it is really necessary to collect personal information beyond the necessary scope, we will obtain the user's explicit consent separately.

2.2 Types and Purposes of Collected Personal Information:

(1) Registration and Login Information: When users register and log in to their accounts of this APP, we will collect the user's Phone Number and Code to complete account registration and login verification, confirm the user's identity, ensure account security and provide basic services for users. Such information is necessary for using the services of this APP. If the user does not provide it, he/she will not be able to complete registration and login or use the services of this APP.

(2) Account Completion Information: When users voluntarily complete account information (such as filling in name, gender, avatar, nickname, email, etc.), we will collect such information to optimize user experience, provide personalized services and verify user identity (when relevant business procedures are involved). Such information is non-essential, and users may choose not to provide it, which will not affect the use of basic services of this APP.

(3) Service Usage Information: When users use various services of this APP, we will collect information related to service usage, as detailed below:

① Usage Records: Including user login time, login IP address, used functional modules, operation behaviors, browsing records, search records, service usage duration, etc., for optimizing service quality, troubleshooting service failures, analyzing user needs and developing new functions;

② Device Information: Including terminal device model, operating system version, device unique identifier (such as IMEI, IDFA, etc.), device MAC address, network type, network status, etc. used by users, for ensuring service compatibility and stability, troubleshooting device-related failures, and preventing security risks such as account theft;

③ Business-Related Information: If users use functions such as [e.g., data submission, information query] of this APP, we will collect information related to the business (such as relevant materials and data required for business handling) to complete business handling and provide relevant services. The collection of such information will be based on the necessity of business handling. If users do not provide it, they will not be able to use the relevant business functions, but it will not affect the use of basic services.

(4) Personal Sensitive Information: Personal sensitive information referred to in this privacy policy refers to personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided or misused, may endanger personal and property safety, and easily lead to damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health or discriminatory treatment, including but not limited to mobile phone numbers, ID card numbers, bank card information (if any), etc. We will take additional security protection measures for personal sensitive information and strictly control the scope of collection, use and sharing.

2.3 Collection Methods:

We will verify and organize such information and only use it for the purposes agreed in this privacy policy. 2.4 Information Not Collected: We will not collect personal information irrelevant to the services of this APP such as users' address books, text messages, call records, photo albums (unless voluntarily authorized by users and used for specific service functions), geographic location (unless voluntarily authorized by users and used for specific service functions), and will not compulsively, frequently and excessively request user permissions.

Article 3 Use of Personal Information

3.1 Use Principles: We will strictly use users' personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy and relevant laws and regulations, only for the purposes clearly informed in this privacy policy, and will not use users' personal information beyond the scope of purposes. If it is really necessary to use beyond the agreed scope, we will obtain the user's explicit consent separately.

(1) Provide users with services of this APP, including but not limited to account login, service display, business handling, information query, etc.;

(2) Ensure service security, prevent security risks such as account theft, fraud and hacker attacks, troubleshoot service failures, and maintain service order;

(3) Optimize service quality, analyze user usage habits and demand preferences, upgrade and optimize the functions, interface and operation process of this APP, and provide users with services that better meet their needs;

(4) Push service updates, function notifications, activity information, etc. of this APP to users (users can turn off relevant pushes through the settings of this APP);

(5) Handle users' consultations, complaints and suggestions, verify user identities, and solve problems encountered by users during service use;

(6) For other legitimate purposes agreed in this agreement and this privacy policy, as well as other purposes stipulated by relevant laws and regulations.

3.3 Prohibited Behaviors: We will not use users' personal information for any illegal purposes, sell, rent or lend users' personal information, or use users' personal information for other purposes irrelevant to the services of this APP (unless otherwise agreed or stipulated by law).

Article 4 Storage of Personal Information

4.1 Storage Location: We store users' personal information on servers within the territory of the People's Republic of China and will not store users' personal information overseas. If it is really necessary to transmit personal information overseas, we will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations, obtain the user's explicit consent, and take corresponding security protection measures to ensure the security of personal information.

4.2 Storage Duration: We store users' personal information in accordance with the principles of minimum necessity and shortest duration, only for the duration necessary to provide services of this APP. If the service is terminated, the user cancels the account, or there is no need to store personal information, we will delete or anonymize the user's personal information in accordance with the law (anonymized information no longer belongs to personal information and can be used for other legitimate purposes).

4.3 Storage Security: We will take reasonable and effective security protection measures to ensure the security of users' personal information and prevent the leakage, loss, tampering and abuse of personal information. Specific measures include but are not limited to:

(1) Technical Protection: Encrypt and store and transmit personal information using encryption technologies (such as SSL encryption, AES encryption, etc.), build a complete technical protection system, and prevent security risks such as hacker attacks and virus infections;

(2) Management Protection: Establish a strict internal management system, clarify the authority of personal information processing, strictly review, train and manage employees who have access to personal information, sign confidentiality agreements, and strictly prohibit employees from illegally collecting, using and disclosing personal information;

(3) Emergency Response: Establish a personal information security emergency response mechanism. 4.4 Notes: Although we have taken the above security protection measures, due to the complexity and uncertainty of network security and the continuous development of technology, we cannot fully guarantee the absolute security of users' personal information. We will not be liable for any losses such as personal information leakage or loss caused by force majeure, hacker attacks, third-party infringement and other circumstances not due to our subjective fault (unless otherwise clearly stipulated by law).

Article 5 Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure of Personal Information

5.1 Sharing: We will not share users' personal information with any third party unless one of the following circumstances is met:

(1) Obtain the user's explicit consent: With the user's written or oral consent (including consent made through pop-ups and settings of this APP), we may share the user's personal information with third parties, and the scope of sharing is limited to the content agreed by the user;

(2) Necessary for providing services of this APP: If a third party provides service support for us (such as server hosting, technical development, payment services, customer service, etc.) and the third party needs to obtain relevant personal information of users to provide services, we will share necessary personal information with the third party, sign a confidentiality agreement with the third party, clarify the third party's personal information protection obligations, and require the third party to only use it for the purpose of providing services without unauthorized use or disclosure of personal information;

We will establish a list of collected personal information and a list of personal information shared with third parties, clearly listing the types, purposes and scenarios of collected personal information and personal information shared with third parties for users to inquire.

5.2 Transfer: We will not transfer users' personal information to any third party unless one of the following circumstances is met and corresponding security protection measures are taken in accordance with the law:

(1) Obtain the user's explicit consent;

(2) Transfer personal information to a new operating entity due to business adjustments such as company merger, division, acquisition and restructuring. (3) Publicly disclose anonymized information after anonymizing users' personal information (such information no longer belongs to personal information and can be used for legitimate purposes such as statistics, analysis and promotion).

Article 6 User's Rights Regarding Personal Information

In accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations and this privacy policy, users enjoy the following rights related to personal information, and we will provide convenience for users to exercise their rights:

6.1 Right of Access: Users have the right to access personal information under their own accounts (including but not limited to registration information, usage records, business-related information, etc.), and may contact APP operators for inquiry. We will display relevant information within a reasonable time limit.

6.2 Right of Correction: When users find that the personal information under their own accounts is incorrect or incomplete, they have the right to request us to correct it, and may contact APP operators for correction. We will promptly correct it after verifying the user's identity (unless otherwise stipulated).

6.3 Right of Deletion: Users have the right to request us to delete their own personal information. If one of the following circumstances is met, we will promptly delete the relevant personal information after verifying the user's identity:

(1) The user applies for account cancellation;

(2) The collection and use of personal information exceed the purposes agreed in this privacy policy without legitimate reasons;

(3) We stop providing services of this APP and no new operating entity undertakes the obligation of personal information processing;

(4) The user explicitly requests deletion and it complies with relevant laws and regulations;

(5) Other circumstances where personal information should be deleted in accordance with the law.

Please note that if deleting personal information will affect the normal provision of services or violate relevant laws and regulations, we may not be able to completely delete it, but will anonymize such information.

6.4 Right to Withdraw Consent: Users have the right to withdraw consent to the collection, use and sharing of personal information, and may withdraw relevant authorizations through the setting function of this APP (such as turning off permissions, canceling sharing, etc.) or contact our operators to withdraw consent.
